Terms of Sale and Service

These terms cover the OgmaProtect premium threat feed: a yearly subscription that keeps a block list of attacking addresses up to date on your OgmaProtect Box. The short version: one key per box, €450.00 a box a year plus VAT, renewing each year until you cancel, and a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of buying. Last updated 25 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The service is sold and provided by Wireless Connect Ltd ("we", "us"). OgmaProtect is a business name of Wireless Connect Ltd.

  • Company type: a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office
  • Company number: 416620
  • Registered office: Finnoe Road, Borrisokane, Co. Tipperary
  • Trading and postal address: Ogma Protect, Unit 2, Park West Centre, Park West, Dublin 12, D12 X60V, Ireland
  • VAT number: IE6436620P
  • Email: support@ogmaprotect.com; phone: +353 1 620 5585

2. These terms

  • These terms are the agreement between you and us for the premium threat feed (the "service"). You accept them at checkout, when you tick the box on our payment page.
  • We sell to business customers only. By buying, you confirm that you are buying for the purposes of your trade, business, craft or profession, and not as a consumer.
  • If you buy for an organisation, "you" means that organisation. The person who accepts these terms confirms that they may bind it.
  • A separate written agreement with us, such as a purchase order on agreed terms or a reseller agreement, wins where it conflicts with these terms.
  • Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
  • How the contract is made. In the portal's Buy page you choose how many boxes, then continue to Stripe's payment page. There you can check and correct the number of boxes, your billing details and any VAT number, and see the total, before you tick the box to accept these terms and pay. The contract is made when the payment is accepted. Until then you can go back and change anything.
  • These terms are in English. We keep a copy of each version and will send you the version you accepted if you ask. Your subscriptions and invoices stay available on the portal's Billing page.

3. What you buy

  • A subscription, per box. Each subscription gives you one activation key per box it covers. You buy it, and see your keys, in our customer portal at portal.ogmaprotect.com.
  • The block list. A box that you enrol with a key keeps an encrypted connection to our feed service and receives a signed list of internet (IP) addresses and address ranges that have been seen attacking networks. We update the list about every 15 minutes, for as long as the subscription is live. The box then blocks or logs traffic from those addresses, as you set it.
  • Where the list comes from. At launch, the list is built only from our own networks and services: what we observe on them, including reports made to our abuse desk about them. We may add other sources later. If we do, our privacy notice will say so.
  • You stay in control. On your box you choose what each category of the list does, you can allow a single address with Never block, and you can turn the feed off at any time.
  • What you need. An OgmaProtect Box running a release that supports the feed, and an internet connection. The router software itself is licensed separately, under its licence. These terms do not change that licence.
  • What the service is not. It does not inspect your traffic. Your box does not report back to us what it blocked. It is not a monitoring, reporting or incident-response service.

4. Your account and your keys

  • You need a portal account to buy. You must give true details, keep your sign-in factors safe, and decide who in your organisation may use the account. You are responsible for what they do in it.
  • Keep your keys secret. Anyone who has a key can enrol a box with it. A key is shown only in the portal. We never send one by email. If you think a key has leaked, rotate or lock it in the portal, and tell us.
  • One key, one box. A key serves one box at a time. To move it to another box, release the old box in the portal first.
  • You must be 18 or over to buy.

5. Price, VAT and payment

  • Price. €450.00 per box per year, excluding VAT, unless a different price was shown to you when you bought or agreed with us in writing.
  • VAT. Our payment page adds VAT as applicable, based on your billing address and any VAT number you give. It shows you the total, including VAT, before you pay. A VAT-registered business in another EU country that gives a valid VAT number pays no Irish VAT (the reverse charge applies).
  • Payment. You pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) on a payment page run by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see your card number. The first year is charged when you buy.
  • Purchase orders. For more than 100 boxes, or to pay by bank transfer against an invoice, write to us. We invoice purchase orders, and each invoice is due within 30 days.
  • Promotion codes. A code's conditions are those shown with it. A code cannot be combined with a reseller's discount. A code that gives a lasting discount keeps it for that subscription's renewals.
  • Invoices and receipts. Stripe emails your receipt. Your invoices are on the portal's Billing page.

6. The subscription year, renewal and cancelling

  • One year, renewing. A subscription runs for one year from the day you buy it. It then renews automatically for another year, and each year after, until you cancel. At each renewal we charge the card on file, or invoice you for a purchase order.
  • Reminder. We email the account's owners and billing members about 30 days before each renewal, with the date and how to cancel.
  • Price changes. We may change the price for future years. We will tell you at least 30 days before a renewal at a new price, and you can cancel before it. A change never affects a year you have already paid for.
  • How to cancel. In the portal, open Billing and cancel in Stripe's billing page, or email support@ogmaprotect.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The service continues until the end of the year you have paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
  • Deleting your account cancels every subscription at once, not at the end of the year. Within 14 days of a purchase or renewal you still get the refund in section 8. After that, deleting the account gives no refund for the rest of the year.

7. If a payment fails, or a subscription ends

  • Failed payment. We tell you, and Stripe tries the card again over about three weeks. The service continues meanwhile. If every try fails, the subscription is cancelled.
  • When a subscription ends, for any reason, your boxes stop receiving updates. A box may keep blocking with the last list it received, but that list is no longer updated, and its removals no longer reach you. It goes out of date, and may block addresses that are no longer a threat. Renew, or turn the feed off on the box.
  • Renewing after it ends. You can renew in the portal within 12 months, with the same keys and boxes. After 12 months a box is released, and must be enrolled again with its key once you renew.

8. Our 14-day money-back promise, and refunds

  • Cancel within 14 days of buying a subscription, by email to support@ogmaprotect.com, and we refund it in full and end it.
  • Renewals. If a yearly renewal was charged and you did not want it, tell us within 14 days of the renewal date. We refund that renewal in full and end the subscription.

Other refunds

  • Outside those 14 days, a year you have paid for is not refunded when you cancel, except where these terms say so (sections 12, 14 and 15) or the law requires it.
  • A refund for part of a year is worked out per day, on what you paid for the affected boxes.
  • Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from.

9. What the list can and cannot do

  • No list stops every attack. We do not promise that the service will block every attack, that every harmful address is on the list, or that your network will be secure. Keep your other safeguards in place.
  • Listings can be wrong. An address can be listed by mistake, or be shared by many people, so using the list may block traffic you want. You choose what your box does with each category, and you can allow any address on your box with Never block.
  • Telling us about a mistake. If you think an address is listed wrongly, email abuse@ogmaprotect.com with the address and why. We check it, and if it should not be listed we remove it. A removal reaches subscribed boxes with their next updates. Anyone can write to us about a listing, not only customers.
  • High-risk use. The service is not designed for systems where a connection blocked or not blocked could cause death, personal injury or severe physical or environmental damage. Do not rely on it for them.

10. Availability and support

  • We aim to keep the list available and up to date at all times. We do not promise that it will never be interrupted.
  • If your box cannot reach us, it keeps using the last list it received and tries again by itself.
  • We may carry out maintenance. We keep interruptions as short as we can.
  • Support is by email at support@ogmaprotect.com. We answer on Irish working days.

11. How you may use the service

  • Your networks, and your customers'. You may use the list to protect networks you own or manage. An organisation that installs or manages boxes for its own customers may enrol those boxes with its own keys. It stays responsible for paying for them, for the keys, and for its customers' use of the service. Its customers have no contract with us under these terms.
  • Reselling needs our written approval. Only resellers we have approved in writing may resell subscriptions or keys, and only on the terms we agree with them.
  • Demo keys. We may give an organisation demo keys at no charge, at our discretion: for example to show the service to prospective customers, for training, or in recognition of its work with us. A demo key must not be sold or charged for, and it cannot be turned into a paid key. The organisation may move it between its own boxes. It ends on the date shown in the portal, if there is one, or earlier if we end it, and its boxes then stop receiving updates as section 7 says. Section 8's refunds do not apply to a demo key.
  • You must not:
    • copy, publish, sell, share or give away the list, or any part of it;
    • take the list off your box, or use it to build another product or list;
    • use the list to target, harass or attack anyone on it;
    • share a key with anyone outside your organisation, except as allowed above;
    • probe, overload or attack our service, try to get around its security or its subscription checks, or try to reach other customers' boxes or data (report security problems to security@ogmaprotect.com);
    • use the service in breach of any law, including sanctions law.
  • The list is ours. We own the list and the service, including any database rights. While your subscription is live, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, with no right to sublicense, to use the list on the boxes your subscription covers, as this section allows.
  • Personal data in the list. IP addresses can be personal data. You receive the list as a separate controller, and may use it only for the security of networks you own or manage.
  • Boxes outside the European Economic Area. If a box you enrol is in a country without an EU adequacy decision, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module One, controller to controller) form part of this agreement for the list that box receives, with us as data exporter and you as data importer.
    • The optional docking clause (clause 7) and redress option (clause 11(a)) do not apply. The clauses are governed by Irish law, disputes go to the courts of Ireland, and the competent supervisory authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission.
    • Annex I. The data is the IP addresses and ranges on the list, with a category, a confidence level, a first-seen time and a reference number. There is no sensitive data. The people concerned are those who use addresses that attacked networks. The purpose is network and information security. The transfer is continuous, while the subscription is live.
    • Annex II. Our measures are the signed, encrypted delivery and the listing rules in our privacy notice. Yours are your own security measures for your box and your network.
    • Onward transfers. If you enrol boxes for your own customers, you are responsible for the list reaching their boxes as clause 8.7 requires.
    • You keep the list no longer than your box needs it, and you delete it when you turn the feed off. These clauses win over anything else in these terms that conflicts with them.

12. Suspension and ending the agreement

  • We may suspend a box, lock a key, or end a subscription if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; if a key is being used in a way section 11 does not allow; if the law requires it; or if we must act at once to protect the service or other people. Unless we must act at once, we warn you first and give you 14 days to put things right.
  • We tell you what we did and why. We restore the service once the problem is solved.
  • If we end a subscription because you broke these terms, we do not refund it.
  • If we break these terms seriously and do not put it right within 30 days of your notice, you may end the subscription, and we refund the rest of the year per day.
  • If we stop the service altogether, we give you at least 90 days' notice and refund the rest of any year you have paid for, per day.

13. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

  • We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability for all claims arising in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected subscriptions in the 12 months before the first claim arose.
  • To the extent the law allows, terms implied by law into this agreement are excluded, other than those that cannot be excluded.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. If such an event stops the service for more than 30 days in a row, you may end the affected subscription, and we refund the rest of the year per day.

15. Changes to the service and to these terms

  • The service. We may change how the service works, for example its categories, its sources or how boxes connect, for a valid reason: to improve it, to keep it secure, to keep up with new threats, or because the law requires it. A change never costs you extra.
  • Notice of a change to the service. We email the account's owners in good time before a change that affects you more than in a minor way, with your right to end the subscription.
  • These terms. We may change these terms for the same kind of reasons. We email the account's owners at least 30 days before a change takes effect. For a year you have already paid for, a change applies from your next renewal, unless it is in your favour or the law requires it sooner.
  • If a change is to your disadvantage, more than in a minor way, you may end the subscription within 30 days of the change taking effect, and we refund the rest of the year per day.

16. General

  • We may transfer this agreement to another company that takes over the service. We will tell you, and your rights under these terms will not be reduced. You need our written consent to transfer it.
  • If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we delay in enforcing a right, we can still enforce it later.
  • Nobody else has rights under these terms, except the people concerned under the standard contractual clauses in section 11.

17. Law, courts and complaints

  • Irish law governs these terms and any dispute about them.
  • The courts of Ireland alone decide any dispute.
  • Complaints. Please write to support@ogmaprotect.com first.
