Every staged change is saved together by ONE Apply: the DHCP server restarts once (about a second on every served network; existing leases survive). {{^DHCP_SCOPED}}Validate checks the list with dhcpd and applies nothing. {{/DHCP_SCOPED}}Delete lease is never staged.
